Terms and Conditions for UniCon

Welcome to UniCon, a construction project monitoring and tracking app. By downloading, accessing, or using UniCon, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use UniCon.

1. Account Registration

To use UniCon, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of UniCon

You agree to use UniCon on mobile and web platforms solely for your personal or business use and only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use UniCon for any unlawful purpose or to post, transmit or otherwise distribute content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.

You agree that your use of UniCon on mobile and web platforms is subject to this Agreement, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may be applicable to such platforms. You also acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any fees or charges that may be incurred as a result of using UniCon on mobile and web platforms, including but not limited to data charges and internet service provider fees.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

UniCon is owned and operated by us. The content and materials on UniCon, including without limitation, the software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other proprietary information are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise use any content or materials from UniCon without our prior written consent.

4. User Content

By submitting any content, including text, photos, and videos, to UniCon, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such content in connection with UniCon. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that such content is not defamatory, violates any third-party rights, or is otherwise unlawful.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

UniCon is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that UniCon will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of UniCon or this Agreement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of UniCon or your violation of this Agreement.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of UniCon after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to UniCon at any time for any reason.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Singapore without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of UniCon and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

12. Use of User Data

By using UniCon, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You also agree that we may use your data for research and analysis purposes to improve the functionality and services of UniCon.

13. Data Ownership

You agree that any data or information you provide to us through UniCon, including but not limited to project details, images, and other content, becomes the property of UniCon. We reserve the right to use this data for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing and promotional activities.

14. Data Disclosure

We may disclose your personal data to third parties if required by law or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.
